I’m a mom of three (all grown, in their 20s), a proud dog lover, and married to my wonderful, supportive husband. I’m also lucky enough to have the most loving and supportive parents, who’ve been together for 51 years — now that’s true love! ❤️
When I’m not baking or making new content for SweetTube Academy, I’m probably watching dark and gruesome horror movies, diving deep into true crime stories on YouTube, or learning something new. I’ve always been the type to dabble in a bit of everything. I mean, why not? There’s always something to learn, and I’m all about mastering at least the basics of new things.
I’m completely self-taught when it comes to edible art — and yes, that means I’ve spent many, many hours experimenting with sugar, fondant, and everything in between. One of my proudest moments was learning how to make edible flowers from the amazing Edna De La Cruz of Design Me a Cake. My journey has included competing in school and making it twice to museum showings. I also love drawing, sketching, and painting, so creating edible art just feels like the natural next step for me.
Baking isn’t just a job for me — it’s a way of expressing creativity, learning new skills, and sharing what I’ve learned with you.
