  • Plugin conflicts with themes or other plugins
  • Data not saving or loading properly

🚨 Critical/Urgent Issues

If the bug is preventing your business from operating:

  • Mark your subject line as “URGENT – Critical Bug”
  • We respond to critical issues within 4 hours, including weekends
