Why I Created SweetTube Academy
Here’s the thing: I’ve been where you are.
I’m a completely self-taught baker who turned my passion into a successful business. I’ve competed, exhibited in museums, and built Marcia’s Munchies NJ from the ground up. But along the way, I discovered that the real challenge wasn’t perfecting my buttercream — it was mastering the business systems that would let me scale and thrive.
