SweetPrice isn’t showing up after activation
Check that your PHP version is 7.4+ and WordPress is 5.0+. Also verify your license key was entered correctly.
The calculator isn’t displaying properly
This is usually a theme conflict. Try switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily to test. Contact us for theme-specific fixes.
My ingredient costs aren’t updating in recipes
After updating an ingredient cost, you may need to refresh your recipes. Go to the specific recipe and save it again.
